7th Crusade - Ninth Crusade (1248-1272):
Led by Louis IX of France, the Seventh Crusade aimed to recapture Jerusalem but ended in Louis's capture in Egypt.

Outcome: The Crusaders were eventually released, but the military objectives were not achieved.
Eighth Crusade (1270):
Background: Louis IX led the Eighth Crusade, primarily targeting Tunis. The Crusade ended with Louis's death from illness.
Outcome: The Eighth Crusade had little impact on the Holy Land.
Ninth Crusade (1271-1272):
Background: Led by Prince Edward of England, the Ninth Crusade aimed to support the Crusader states.
Outcome: The Crusade had limited success, and Prince Edward returned to England without significant territorial gains.
